Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns of opened or used items. Returns may only be considered if the product is received damaged, incorrect, or defective.

To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your order number along with clear photos of the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a confirmed defective or damaged product.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee reimbursement.
